From January 1, 2006, those interested in participating in the project must submit an application exclusively online from this website.
On the last day of each month, the computer selects the specified number of people with the highest number of points from the database of all those interested in joining the project. After submitting the documents, they become participants in the project and can apply for permanent residence for themselves and their immediate family members after successfully completing a two-and-a-half trial period. The project participant will also receive some other benefits.
Documenting documents
If you are selected in this way, you will receive a letter to the contact address in the Czech Republic within 30 calendar days from the date of the selection procedure, in which we will inform you about it. The letter will contain detailed information about your status, what your rights are and what all the options are open to you and your family.
It will be your duty to prove to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic (in person at the administrative office in Prague) the relevant documents of the facts stated in the online application within 60 calendar days from the date of selection in the computer procedure. Project participants who do not submit the required documents will be excluded from the pilot project.
At the same time, we will inform the locally competent labor office and the Aliens and Border Police of the Czech Republic so that they know as soon as possible that you have become participants in the project.
Those applicants who did not receive a call for documents were not selected in the selection procedure.
Document verification
The embassies of the Czech Republic in your countries will then check the authenticity and veracity of the data and documents you provide. If the embassy finds that you have submitted false documents, you will automatically be excluded from the pilot project forever.
If the embassy fails to verify the authenticity or veracity of the documents, the submission of which is mandatory, you will be excluded from the pilot project. However, you can re-apply one year after the exclusion, but you must substantiate your claims with new documents.
Notification of changes
By entering the project, you undertake to inform the administrative department of any changes that affect your inclusion in the project.
In particular, you must report the following changes without delay:
loss of employment, loss or change of a visa for a stay of more than 90 days for the purpose of employment or a long-term residence permit issued for the same purpose, an employment permit.
Failure to notify these changes will result in exclusion from the project without the right to re-apply.
Conversely, those who inform the MLSA administrative department about the changes according to the project rules may be re-admitted to the project when gaining a new position, even if they are excluded from the project due to job loss. However, not earlier than one year after the date of decommissioning.
If you want to apply for permanent residence for your immediate family members within the project, you must report the relevant changes in your family (marriage, birth of a child). If you have read all the information and meet the conditions for joining the project, please fill out the application
